As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various domains. This is a flexible work-from-home opportunity, ideal for experienced recruiters or HR professionals seeking part-time or independent work.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone/video interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Understand client job requirements and expectations.

• Ensure timely communication with candidates.

• Support negotiation and onboarding process if required.

• Maintain accurate records and update candidate databases.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
