Key Responsibilities

Sourcing candidates from Job Portals, LinkedIn & Social Media
Resume screening & profile shortlisting
Conducting initial HR screening calls
Coordinating interviews with clients
Maintaining recruitment database
Drafting Job Descriptions (JD)
Posting jobs on portals & social media
Participating in recruitment strategy meetings

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing or completed HR / Business / Management degree
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment process
Comfortable using MS Excel & Google Sheets
Self-disciplined and goal-oriented
