🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sourcing candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals
✅ Screening resumes & shortlisting profiles
✅ Conducting initial phone/video interviews
✅ Coordinating interviews with clients
✅ Maintaining updated candidate database
✅ Providing feedback to candidates
✅ Assisting in JD creation & job postings
✅ Participating in team strategy meetings

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Pursuing/completed HR, Business, or related degree
✔️ Good verbal & written communication
✔️ Basic recruitment knowledge
✔️ Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel)

✔️ Proactive, detail-oriented & eager to learn
