🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle and develop a team of sales officers/agents under the variable agency model.
• Drive top-line revenue growth and business development.
• Achieve renewal targets for the channel.
• Ensure profitability targets are met by managing the sales process.
• Preferred candidates with prior Life Insurance Agency background.
• Fluency in Tamil and English is required.
